Terms of service
The rules for using this portal and the services of TypEase.
1. What the centre does
The centre prepares, types and administers documents and applications. Unless a service clearly says otherwise, decisions on applications are made by the relevant authority, not by the centre.
2. Your account
Give correct information. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile or email, so keep your phone and your email account to yourself, and tell the centre if someone else may have used your account. One account is for one person or one company.
3. Your documents
You confirm that the documents you upload are genuine and that you are entitled to use them. The centre may refuse documents that are unreadable, incomplete or appear altered.
4. Fees and payment
Fees shown with a service are estimates. The amount to pay is the one in the quotation or invoice you approve. Government and third-party fees are passed on as charged and can change without notice from the centre.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a request before processing starts. Service fees for work already done and fees already paid to authorities or third parties are generally not refundable. Refunds are decided by the centre under its refund policy.
6. Responsibility
The centre is responsible for preparing your file with care from the information you give. It is not responsible for decisions, delays or changes of rules by authorities, or for errors in information you provided.
7. Changes
The centre may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published here when you submit a request.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and the emirate in which the centre is licensed.
